Voices Make Music

today finally went back to mediacorp for filming! haha. after for so long haven't been accepting any projects, i thought they won't ever contact me again, but they still did. so lucky, haven't lost my job! haha =) but it's not that i don't want to act, it's just that as a student it's very hard to commit to filming. the working hours include weekdays, i can't possibly skip lessons to go filming. and all these while i haven't accepted a single role that's big. only took all those extra roles, flashbacks that kind of role. coz those kinds don't have to commit that much. grrr. oh yea! today is the first time i see the renovated mediacorp, it's nice, but seems smaller.

oh yar, talking about filming, reached mediacorp early in the morning. then went to the wardrobe to rent clothes for the shooting. then did some mild makeup and then went to bukit batok secondary school for filming. made 2 new friends! one little boy who can play violin very well, called dennis i think, and a girl called jieying, from st nicks, also 17 years old. and that's the 4th jieying that i know from st nicks! we realised that we have some common friends and common interests! haha she's into singing too, and she's a student of jones shi. cool.

oh yea, then when we reached there, jeanette aw and alvin ng were already there filming. then we were told our parts and then went to wait till they finish their scene. then it's our turn! so crazy lah! we cannot play violin, then still have to act like we are pros. then we fake fake, our face looked pro, and they hear already like enjoying it like that. but actually the sound is like shit. haha!!

was fun though. during lunch time we went out to eat at a coffee shop nearby. then poor jeanette, she cannot even eat peacefully. so many people staring at her, then got aunties go harass her, want to take photo with her. haha! then got one aunty talk very loud lah. "na ge shi dian shi ji li mian de ren!" (that one is the person inside the television!) funny sia. then jeanette had to smile for them to take photos. that's the problem of having camera function in phones, make people miserable! haha! so many people staring, you can't even eat peacefully. now i know the pain of being an artist. but she carried herself very well though, still looked pretty and elegant.

oh yea jieying took a picture of them while they were filming. in this scene, alvin's proposing to jeanette. then funny lah. just in case you all are wondering who is the person in green. it's a crew member. he's using a torch light to make the ring shine like mad. but he's not caught by the camera though! but it's funny lah! alvin had to tolerate with this funny green guy while acting serious and emo, trying to touch jeanette's heart, proposing to her. wahaha! it's funny.
