Voices Make Music

Went to meet up with new friends, Weiting and Brice, both are cher's sec school friends. Have been talking to them online and then brice asked me to go support weiting, so i went! They're really nice and friendly people, but then i didn't feel that comfortable. Coz i didn't quite understand a thing that brice was saying. Shhhh! Don't let him know this. So i looked at him, knowing that he's telling me something (or maybe asking), then i looked sincerely into his eyes and went "ohhh... hmmmm.. ya... haha! yes yes yes!" and noded my head occasionally. And i swear we looked stupid.

I'm not blur ok! It's really hard to comprehend what he was saying lah! You all must be thinking it's because i'm stupid, blur and slow. No i swear it's not! Don't believe then leave me a tag, i'll get him to call you. See how long you can chat with him. Then you will know=D

Sobs. Didn't manage to get through the first round of audition for project superstar. Their standard for this year is like really really high. Even fei hui lao shi's 20 elite students, only 7 got through. Elaine didn't get through also, IJC's talent show winner. Weiting didn't get through either. So is Vincent. Don't be sad yar? There'll be another chance! Charlene and the two Priscillia from teenage Icon got through too. Chris got through also. Congrats! Continue to jiayou ok! I will support you guys!

Hope that my Tinybox seniors Jeremy and Shawna can be one of the 24 finalists! Then i can set up fan club for them!! Wahaha!! I'm itching to set up a fanclub! By the way, KFC still rules! Kelly Fan Club rocks! I hope after i've stepped down from the president's position, they will still keep the club running. And HELLO SINGAPORE! THE MUMMIES THAT YOU SAW ON TV DURING PROJECT SUPERSTAR GRAND FINALS, MY IDEA LAI DE!! AND I HELPED TO WRAP THEM UP!! Haha! Go Jeremy and Shawna and all the other seniors! I want to get busy with fan club and the media again! I miss those times when i go down to mediacorp every week to support kelly! haha!

Just received sms from Emily, she got in too! WOOO!! She got same surname as me and and we got the same birthday! HAHA!! Kelly Fan Club's vice-president! Go Go Go!

Yesterday had singing session at Tinybox, after like dunno how many months, finally got to sing. Then lao shi was really pissed at our class's attitude. Saying that we don't respect him by not memorising our songs and preparing enough songs. We don't show our passion for singing. He's damn disappointed with our class. Ahh, at least i did my part and lao shi wasn't mad at me, so, phew! Gotta work extra hard next time, i'll make sure he doesn't get mad at our class, or at least at me. Vincent, Serene, Xavier, William and Cheryl! Work harder ah! =x haha!

Oh yar talking about Cheryl, i made a new discovery! I was wondering why so many people look at her when she's outside, i was thinking probably she's just damn pretty that's why. But then the other day i asked her if she's going to join project superstar, then she said no, so i was puzzled and asked her why. She said she's not confident, and she's bound to get interviewed, so she don't want to join until she's really ready or she'll lose face. And i was thinking, how you know they will definitely interview you??? So i asked Vincent. And he said.

"AIYO RENJIE DON'T YOU KNOW THAT CHERYL IS MISS SINGAPORE 2005?!?!?!"

"really meh?"

"YAR!!! She said it before!!"

"Ohh... I thought she said she wanted to join. So did she win?"

"DUH!! She's MISS SINGAPORE 2005!!!!"

"Ohhhhhhhh......."

Wow, really? I didn't know leh... After being classmates for so long then i realise. So i went home to search for yahoo, to double check and make sure that they are not lying to me. Coz somehow people just love lying to me. And moreover claiming to be Miss Singapore is like so unbelievable, chances of it being a lie is like 99.99999% Imagine a friend of yours said she's Miss Singapore. Yar, that's how i felt! And then i've been cheated by some rubbish that she's INDIAN PRINCESS. PUKE. Cheated that mingjie is ex convict, and he's got a pager attached to his leg. I really believe lah. Anyway, to find out whether they were lying to me, i went yahoo and then i found this!

Cheryl Tay is Miss Universe Singapore 2005

14 April, 2005: Ms Cheryl Tay has been crowned as Miss Singapore Universe 2005. The 24-year-old, a veterinarian by profession, beat 17 others to steal the tiara.

Cheryl Tay will now represent Singapore at the Miss Universe Pageant in Bangkok at be held in Bangkok, Thailand on May 30.

Among the 18 finalists vying for the coveted Miss Singapore Universe crown were students, flight attendants and a banker.

The $25,000 prize money is the biggest in the history of the pageant.

Ms Cheryl Tay has described it as amazing opportunity to "connect with the public, and find a way to use my profession to help others." Cheryl Tay names her father as her inspiration in life. "He has always been my guiding light, offering sound advice without excessive rhetoric. He is courageous enough to stand back and let me make my own mistakes, yet when I need help, he is always there. I will not be the same person without him in my life."

Cheryl Tay says that her greatest achievement has been career as a veteriarian. A sociable girl, Cheryl Tay is fond of Swimming, running, rock-climbing, and dancing. She wants to own a veterinary practice someday. "Life is short. Live life to the fullest," says Cheryl.

EH WOW!! REALLY LEH!! MISS SINGAPORE IS MY MUSIC SCHOOL'S CLASSMATE!! OH MY GOD!! I EVEN TAUGHT HER HOW TO SING TING HAI!! WAHHHH!!

Cool like hell please. I'm so gonna take lots of photos with her the next time i see her, then i'm gonna like blog it up, and then occupy her during weekends to go orchard road and let everybody see that i know Miss Singapore! hohohoho!
